See how TextForge works

AI drafts the email. You approve before it sends. Here's exactly what that looks like.

1

Tell Claude what needs to happen

Claude reads your open threads, pulls context from your CRM or documents, drafts the email, and attaches files — all in one pass. Here it's pulling a $24,000 overdue follow-up from Pipedrive, writing the email, attaching the proposal PDF, and scheduling the next activity.

Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, Cline, and any MCP-compatible client.

2

Drafts wait in your queue

Every email Claude creates lands in your TextForge queue with status Pending. Nothing moves until you act on it. You can see all drafts at a glance — who they're going to, what the subject is, when they were created.

Get notified in Slack, Discord, or via webhook — no need to log in to check.

3

Review it, edit if needed, approve

Open any draft to read the full email. Edit the subject, body, or recipients inline. Approve it and it sends. Reject it and it's gone. About 80% of drafts are approved without edits — the rest take 30 seconds to fix.

Drafts pull from your thread history, so they sound like you.

4

Sends from your Gmail. Full audit trail.

Approved emails send from your real Gmail account with your name and signature. Recipients see you, not a system. Every draft, approval, rejection, and send is logged. When they reply, Claude picks up the thread and drafts the next response.

Pass-through architecture — email content is never stored on TextForge servers.
